Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Offernation is a website and SEO business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. This page explains what information we collect through offernation.com.au, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us in a form: your name, phone number, email address and your website address.

• What you tell us if you call, email or message us.

• How the site is used: pages visited, the device and browser used, and roughly where visitors are located. This comes from Google Analytics and does not tell us who you are.

Why we collect it

• To do the free website and SEO check you asked for and send it to you.

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to do the work.

• To see which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.

• We do not keep a marketing list, and we will not send you marketing emails or texts because you asked for a check.

Who else handles it

We use trusted providers to run the site and our business, including our website hosting provider, Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA and Maps), our email provider, the tool we use to keep track of enquiries and jobs, the video tool we use to record your website check, and, if you become a client, our payments provider. Some of these store information outside Australia.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and to protect forms from spam. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to help you, and for our business records. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
